The Collection Partner Portal is your central hub for managing assigned cases, communicating with clients, and tracking your performance.
Accessing the portal
URL: partner.debitura.com
Login credentials: Provided by your Debitura account manager upon partnership activation.
Browser requirements:
- Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge (latest versions)
- JavaScript enabled
- Cookies enabled for authentication
Dashboard overview
When you log in, you'll see your dashboard with:
Key metrics
- Active cases - Total number of cases currently assigned to you
- Payment volume - Total amount collected this month
- SLA compliance - Your performance against required update timelines
- Open leads - Available cases you can bid on (Legal Network partners)
