Portal Overview

The Collection Partner Portal is your central hub for managing assigned cases, communicating with clients, and tracking your performance.

Accessing the portal

URL: partner.debitura.com

Login credentials: Provided by your Debitura account manager upon partnership activation.

Browser requirements:

  • Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge (latest versions)
  • JavaScript enabled
  • Cookies enabled for authentication

Dashboard overview

When you log in, you'll see your dashboard with:

Key metrics

  • Active cases - Total number of cases currently assigned to you
  • Payment volume - Total amount collected this month
  • SLA compliance - Your performance against required update timelines
  • Open leads - Available cases you can bid on (Legal Network partners)

Quick actions

  • View new case assignments
  • Record payments
  • Update case statuses
  • Submit status reports

Alerts and notifications

  • Cases approaching SLA deadlines
  • New case assignments
  • Payment confirmations

Case Management

Access and manage all your assigned cases:

  • Case inbox - New and active cases requiring attention
  • Case details - Full case information, documents, and history
  • Status updates - Report progress and activities
  • Payment recording - Log payments received from debtors

Communication

Stay in touch with clients and the Debitura team:

  • Messages - Internal messaging with clients and Debitura
  • Documents - Upload evidence and case documentation
  • Notes - Add internal case notes

Financial

Track your earnings and balances:

  • Partner ledger - Your balance with Debitura
  • Payouts - History of payments to you
  • Invoicing - Generate invoices for services

Bid on available cases:

  • Browse leads - View available case opportunities
  • Submit quotes - Bid on cases with pricing and timeline
  • Awarded cases - Cases you've won through bidding

Reports & Analytics

Monitor your performance:

  • Performance dashboard - Success rates, collection rates, SLA compliance
  • Case statistics - Volume, value, and outcomes
  • Export data - Download reports for analysis

Settings

Configure your profile and preferences:

  • Company profile - Update your firm information
  • Team members - Manage user access for your team
  • Notifications - Configure email and in-app alerts
  • Service areas - Update your geographic coverage and capabilities

User roles and permissions

Different team members can have different access levels:

Administrator

  • Full access to all portal features

Case Manager

Finance
