Setup and prerequisites for integrating with the Collection Partner API.
What the Collection Partner API does
The Collection Partner API lets collection agencies and law firms automate their Debitura workflows programmatically. What you can do depends on your partnership type:
Exclusive partners (designated jurisdictions): retrieve cases assigned to your agency, manage case status, record payments, close cases, and communicate with creditors.
All partners via the managing partner model: submit cases on behalf of your own clients to Debitura's global network and track their progress.

Prerequisites

- Partner account with Debitura (contact partner@debitura.com to apply)
- Generate an API key in Partner Portal → API Keys
